Rwanda and Zimbabwe battled to a 0-0 draw in their opening Group C contest at the Huye Stadium, Butare on Wednesday, 15th November 2023 afternoon.

Both teams wasted a number of clear cut chances in the game.

Rwanda recorded their last victory against Mozambique on 24th March 2021.

Zimbabwe were recently admitted back by FIFA after a one-year ban.

The Warriors of Zimbabwe will host the Super Eagles of Nigeria at the Huye Stadium, Butare on Sunday.

The Super Eagles will face the Likuena of Lesotho in the group’s second game at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Thursday, 16th November 2023.
