Noble Producer and Musician Sean Diddy was sued in the Federal Court in New York City on Thursday 16 November 2023, by his girlfriend Cassandra Ventura, who alleges she was raped and has been through year’s of constant physical and other abuses by Diddy.

It was revealed that Diddy lured Ventura into a fast-paced and great lifestyle, and into a romantic relationship with him after signing her to his recorded label, “Bad Boy Records.”

Ventura also claims that Diddy “exerted his power and influence” over her throughout the course of their professional, and romantic relationship. She was 19 when they met while Diddy was 37, their business relationship lasted till 2019.

“When I tried to end the relationship in 2018, Diddy forced himself into my home and raped me.” Ventura alleges.

The Mother of two, claims she struggled with addictions to drugs and alcohol that were ignited by Diddy during the course of their relationship.

In the lawsuit,  Diddy’s lawyer said Ventura had demanded $30m (£24m) under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship. Benjamin Brafman, his lawyer said the alleged demand “was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail.”

Ms Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Diddy’s reputation and seeking a pay day, he added.

In response to Mr Brafman, Ms Ventura’s lawyer, Dough Wigdor, said Mr Diddy had offered her a payment of “eight figures to silence her and prevent the filing of this lawsuit.”

“She rejected his efforts and decided to give a voice to all woman who suffer in silence,” he said.

Her lawsuit also alleges that the music mogul told her he planned to “blow up” a car owned by rapper Kid Cudi. Mr Diddy had become jealous that Ms Ventura was in a relationship with the rapper, according to the legal action.

She says he told her of his plan during Paris Fashion Week in 2012.

“Mr Diddy told Ms Ventura that he was going to blow up Kid Cudi’s car,” the complaint says, “and that he wanted to ensure that Kid Cudi was home with his friends when it happened. Around that time, Kid Cudi’s car exploded in his driveway.”

Kid Cudi spokesperson confirmed that Ms Ventura’s account was true.

Ventura is an R&B singer, and  released several hits in the 2000s, including songs that featured Diddy. Her most famous tracks include Me & U, Long Way to Go and Official Girl, featuring Lil Wayne.
