The Nigeria international midfielder, Alex Iwobi bade farewell to Everton Football Club as he moved to Fulham United Football Club.

He shared a farewell message with Everton supporters after his exit from the club on the September 1 transfer deadline day.

Iwobi’s move to Fulham was confirmed in the early hours of Saturday, September 2, after Fulham submitted a request for the transfer deal.

The 27-year-old player signed a five-year contract after he spent three years at Goodison Park, and made a total appearance of 140 for the club in all competitions.

The five-year contract worth £22million will run till June 2028.
Iwobi would later become a versatile player in the Everton squad, particularly during the reign of Frank Lampard as the club’s manager.
