Umahi made the disclosure this Tuesday, August 29, 2023, following his visit to the sites of completed and ongoing Federal Government projects in Lagos State.

Report says years after reconstruction commenced on the ever-busy Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, work is ongoing on the last stretch of both sides after several missed deadlines.

The newly-appointed Minister started his inspection tour at outer Marina Road located on Victoria Island, a project constructed under the SUKUK financing option by the FG.

The former Governor of Ebonyi State later moved to the newly rehabilitated Eko Bridge before proceeding to Ijora Olopa, the Lagoon section of Eko Bridge and Apapa.
