Popular skit maker and comedian, Chukwuemeka Emmanuel professionally known as Sabinus, has apologised for his inability to show up at an event hosted by one Johnbosco Ezeuchegbu aka Crazylegs, for students of the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State.
